Funeral services for Zonell Miller Skinner, 77, of Grand Saline, formerly of Wills Point, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2008, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Rev. Burt Fite and Rev. Jimmy Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Haven of Memories Memorial Park in Canton.

She passed away Tuesday afternoon, September 23, 2008, in a Grand Saline nursing home.

Zonell was born November 20, 1930, the daughter of James Harris Miller and Viola Guess Miller. She was raised in the Hayden Community near Wills Point. She graduated from Wills Point High School in 1947 and also attended Eastfield College. Zonell married Doris Delbert Warren and he preceded her in death in 1963. She later married Rudy V. Potts, Sr. and he preceded her in death in 1995. She was employed by Thurmon's Variety Store, Crestwood Nursing Home and later at Terrell State Hospital, retiring after fifteen years of service. On March 27, 1999, she married Billy Marvin Skinner and he preceded her in death on March 29, 2004. She was a member of Turner Baptist Church south of Wills Point where she was active.

Preceded in death by her parents; 3 husbands, Doris Delbert Warren in 1963, Rudy V. Potts, Sr. in 1995 and Bill Skinner in 2004; son, Jimmy Warren and a brother, Doug Miller.

Zonell is survived by three sons, Barry Potts & wife, Pat, of Longview, Ricky Potts & wife, Darlene, of Terrell and Rudy V. Potts, Jr. & wife, Bertha, of Wills Point; three daughters, Joyce Pirtle & husband, Bobby, of Wills Point, Doris Moore & husband, Mack, of Wills Point and Patti Kirby & husband, Gerald, of Wills Point; brother, Kelles Miller & wife, Glenda, of Wills Point; thirteen granchildren; numerous great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 p. m.
