Funeral services for Doug Foster, 63, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2012, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Bro. Bryan Easley officiating. Interment will follow at Small Cemetery north of Edgewood.

He passed away Friday evening, August 17, 2012, in Wills Point.

Doug was born June 22, 1949, in Wills Point, Texas, the son of John Foster and Audrey Fay Reed Foster. He was raised in Wills Point where he attended Wills Point High School. He was married to Jan Davis for eighteen years. Doug was employed by Robertson Electric in Wills Point, retiring in 2006. He enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents, John & Audrey Foster; step-dad, Clinton Seale; two brothers, Larry Foster and Jimmy Foster and a daughter, Becky Hudson on May 30, 2012.

Doug is survived by his son, Chad Foster & fiancé, Chasidy Carroll, of Malakoff; two daughters, Leah Cherry & husband, Daniel, of Edgewood and Lyndsay Hayes & husband, Josh, of Edgewood; son-in-law, Jr. Hudson, of Fruitvale; four brothers, Ray Foster, of Wills Point, Mack Foster & wife, Glenda, of Edgewood, Marvin Foster & wife, Gerdi, of Edgewood and Lloyd David Foster & wife, Susan, of Wills Point; twelve grandchildren, Brandon Foster, Brooke Foster, Clayton Foster, Morgan Carroll, Landon Carroll, Jana Bishop, Murphy Cherry, Nicole Cherry, Ronnie Tull, Dustin Tull, Eryn Hayes and Austin Hayes; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
